Replacement for plants: Available if the plant is damaged (e.g., uprooted roots, broken stems, or completely dried leaves). Note: If the plant is not curable.
Replacement for planters/pots: Available only if the pot has visible cracks.
Refund
If the customer receives a damaged replacement plant, they are eligible for a refund upon image verification of the replacement.
